Freddy Goymer - Senior Actor

Freddy started his acting career at a resident theatre in in his home town of Norwich, he performed over 40 shows with theatre companies around the local area. In 2012 Freddy graduated with a degree in Ancient History at The University of Reading where he was heavily involved with the Reading University Drama Society. Theatre credits include playing Jesus in Godspell (Norwich Young Peoples Theatre) and Benedict in a production of A Much Ado About Nothing (RUDS Theatre). Since Joining Saltmine he has performed in: Noah - A Musical Adventure, John Newton - Amazing Grace, Between the Lines, Eden to Eternity, Stand For It? and Escape.


Ben Kessell - Senior Actor

Ben comes from Cornwall and started acting when a local director from a Christian theatre company spotted him and asked him to perform at a youth festival. Theatre credits include: 'The Bakers Wife' (Selah Youth Theatre Company). Ben studied community evangelism at Chester University, during this time he was part of a street theatre company called B-It. Since joining Saltmine in 2011 Ben has been in: John Newton - Amazing Grace, Noah - A Musical Adventure, Three Witnesses, Eden to Eternity, Who Do you say I am, A Christmas Carol, The Snow Queen, and Escape K3.4.


Becky Pengilley - Senior Actor

Becky is originally from Andover and studied for a (BA)Hons in Performing Arts from the University of Chichester where she worked in productions of Keep Your Powder Dry and Travel Monopoly. After graduating she completed a nine-month drama training course with the Riverside School of Performing Arts. Since joining Saltmine in September 2009 she has appeared in The Screwtape Letters, A Long Road Home, BINGE: There must be more than this?, Eden to Eternity, Three Witnesses, Noah - A Musical Adventure, Between The Lines, Stand For It?, The Snow Queen, The Hope Play, Treasure Island and many more.

Emma studied Performing Arts & Applied Theology at Regent’s Theological College and joined Saltmine in September, touring primary schools with In Their Shoes.

Bethani moved from Salisbury in August to start her internship and first toured withIn Their Shoes Previously, Bethani worked with YWAM.

After graduating Nexus Institute, Adam joined Saltmine in 2014. Recent productions for Saltmine include; John Newton - Amazing Grace, Three Witnesses, Beauty and the Beast and Love Struck. Other work includes: touring the States with Destiny Africa; a childrens choir from Uganda.
