Executive Director

The post of Executive Director is a new post for our charity. We are seeking an experienced leader to support our CEO with the strategic and operational leadership of our charity in ways that are consistent with our Christian beliefs, ethos and culture. As a member of the executive team the Executive Director will have responsibility for the operations of our charity, its performance and probity.

The successful candidate will have a contagious faith and a commitment to their own spiritual journey, a passion for seeing others grow in faith, and a proven affinity / commitment to our published vision, mission, values and statement of faith.

Finance Administrator

Saltmine needs to recruit a Finance Administrator. This is a key role within our office team responsible for the processing and recording of our charity’s income and expenditure, and in doing so supporting our Operations Director in managing and reporting the charity’s finances.

Saltmine’s strapline is Faith Motivated Arts – we are looking for someone who supports Saltmine and its vision, ethos and values, who is a servant-hearted and self-motivated team player, and who has a personal Christian faith. You need to have finance administration and accounting experience with a charity, church or business, have a good practical knowledge of using Sage 50 Accounts or a similar full function accounts package, be confident and familiar with using Microsoft Office applications, and have an aptitude for accurate, detailed and consistent work.

This is a permanent, part-time employed post based on 3 days per week in our Dudley Headquarters office. More details are in the Job Description & Person Specification download. We are aiming to recruit someone to join us at the beginning of September.
