By completing this form, I confirm that I agree to the following declarations if I am successful at running for Saltmine Trust in the TCS London Marathon 2025:

I commit to running the TCS London Marathon 2025 and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,000 for
Saltmine Trust.

I commit to reaching this amount or higher by the deadline of the 5th May 2025 which will be 4 weeks after completing the TCS London Marathon 2025.

I agree to pay the non-refundable £100 registration fee as confirmation of my place once I am accepted by
Saltmine Trust.

By signing up to take part in running for Saltmine Trust in the TCS London Marathon 2025, I will be
eligible to:

receive regular fundraising support from Saltmine Trust
receive regular updates of content to post on social media
a free running vest with my name printed on

I will be 18 or over on race day and acknowledge that I am taking part in this marathon entirely at my own risk.

I consent to Saltmine Trust using my image for any future online promotion either on social media or on the website
