Passion Play Norwich

In partnership with Celebrate Norfolk

The Norwich Passion Play 2022 captivated over 1,400 spectators. Large crowds, laughter, and raw emotion filled the streets with the power of a story that changed the world.

Stewards, musicians and community cast gathered alongside Saltmine’s professional actors
to see this Passion Play come to life.

The Procession
It was an amazing experience to perform alongside Saltmine who brought the Easter message alive in a contemporary form. It was moving, powerful and thought - provoking for all who were involved and came to see it.

People were visibly moved, some by the crucifixion, others by the joy of the disciples as they met the risen Jesus.
